Please note that a standard shipping fee applies to orders under a certain value.

All orders require a valid shipping address. You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout on amandauprechard.com.

We provide complimentary standard ground shipping for destinations within the United States. Most orders ship via common carriers. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Order Processing & Delivery

Amanda Uprichard strives to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Delivery dates for expedited shipping options are estimates provided by the carrier. Please be aware that disruptions due to extreme weather or other carrier issues may cause delays. We do not offer refunds for delays with expedited shipping services.

The estimated delivery date shown is provided by the shipping carrier. Once your order is processed and leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility, and you may follow its progress using the provided tracking information.

Pre-Orders

When a product is listed as a pre-order, it is available for purchase before it is physically in stock. Pre-ordered items will ship on or after the specified future shipping date listed on the product page. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all pre-order items.

Order Modifications, Cancellations & International Shipping

Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours to request a shipping address change. If the package has already been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to modify the destination. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

All orders placed on amandauprechard.com can be cancelled prior to shipment. Once a shipment confirmation email has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Yes, we ship internationally! Amanda Uprichard partners with trusted carriers for global delivery. International shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, order size, and selected service level (Standard or Express). The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped. Use this number to view updates on the carrier’s website. Amanda Uprichard will notify you proactively if your order is delayed due to product availability or processing issues. Please note that we are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s network.

Carriers may take 1-2 business days to update the tracking status after pickup. If your tracking number is not showing activity, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

For a successful delivery, please ship your package to a secure location. If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, any subsequent theft is unfortunately outside of our control, and we cannot issue a refund. If a package is lost in transit and never scanned as delivered, we can file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Any replacement or refund is processed after the carrier completes its investigation.
