Returns

At Amanda Uprichard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility & Policy Details

  • Return Window: Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: items marked as “Final Sale,” swimwear (for hygiene reasons), bodysuits, and any altered or personalized items.
  • Return Authorization: To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through our online Returns Center. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our online Returns Center.
  2. Enter your order number and email address to begin.
  3. Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and your reason for the return.
  4. Once your return request is authorized, you will receive an RMA number and prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. returns) via email, along with detailed instructions.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • U.S. Returns: A flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns within the United States. This fee covers the cost of the prepaid return label and processing.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is also responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes on the returned items. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise value only, minus any original shipping charges.

Processing Your Return

  • Receipt & Inspection: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return package to be delivered to our warehouse and processed. All returns are inspected upon arrival.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee (for U.S. returns) will be deducted.
  • Exchanges: For a different size or color of the same item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on amandauprechard.com to ensure you secure the desired item promptly.

Non-Returnable Situations & Lost Packages

  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility policy (e.g., worn items, missing tags, final sale) may be sent back to the customer at their expense or refused.
  • Amanda Uprichard is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking. We strongly advise using the provided prepaid label (U.S.) or a trackable service (International) and retaining your proof of postage until your refund is issued.

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts may be returned within the 30-day window for store credit only, issued in the form of an electronic gift card. The gift giver will not be notified of the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Experience team within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label. Please do not initiate a standard return for damaged items.
