Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Amanda Uprichard piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible, unworn items in their original condition within the specified return window. Please initiate your return through our online portal for instructions.
How do I start a return or exchange?
All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Center. You will need your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a pre-paid return label (where applicable) and instructions.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and complete an inspection, we will process your refund. Please allow several business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
